PAYMENTS

Worth Empowering accepts a variety of payment methods. All prices are displayed in USD. 

Note: Orders cannot be canceled after they are placed, as payment is processed automatically. 

 

STATUS

Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email sent to the email address you indicated with your order. Orders generally take 5-7 days for processing and the order status will be "Unfulfilled" until it is shipped.

Once shipped, you'll receive another email with the tracking number. 

 

PREORDERS

If you decide to preorder an item, please note the following: 

  • Payment is charged immediately at checkout. Not when the item ships. 
  • If you are ordering a pre-order item with an in stock item, you will only be charged shipping once. 
  • These are special ordered directly from the vendor and can take anywhere from 2-3 weeks. 

 

RETURNS 


Since we print every product when it is ordered, we cannot offer returns or size exchanges. However, if for any reason you're unhappy with your purchase, please reach out to worthempowering@gmail.com within 14 days of receiving your Worth It Wear so that we can make it right!

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.

 

DAMAGES AND ISSUES 


Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
